Harborsz Group is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of user information very seriously. Please note that you can access our websites home pages and browse each of our sites without disclosing your personal data. Also, our websites do not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by other visitors to our website.

We need to collect personal data only from our customers in order for us to provide with a service, to answer enquires about our services and to maintain our records. Harborsz uses name and contact details to communicate with you as a Freight customer contact when you use our Services. This processing of your personal data is based on our contractual obligations towards you.

Harborsz collects personal data directly from you when you performe bookings with us (because you are employed or you are a sub-contractor or work for a sub-contractor).

In order to provide you with our services we may share your personal data on to third-party providers like ferry companies and agents; ports; customs or other authorities; service suppliers who we engage in order to provide you services such as web-hosting companies, mailing vendors, analytics providers, information technology providers, event hosting services, etc. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to assist in fulfilling an agreed service,  to help us deliver email communications or support and backup our data.
