Stena and Scandlines have today signed an agreement !!!

Dear Customer,

Stena and Scandlines have today signed an agreement for the sale of the ferry route HelsingborgHelsingør to a European infrastructure fund managed by First State Investments.

The route has been operated in a 50/50 joint venture between Stena and Scandlines.
At the end of January 2015 when the transaction is completed the transfer period will commence and FSI will assume full responsibility for the operation of the route as sole owner.

During the transfer period you will keep the same Freight Sales contacts as you have now and
thereafter your new contact person will be nominated by the new owner. The Freight Agreements that you currently have with Stena Line Öresund AB will be transferred to the new owner as part of the transaction.

The Freight Agreements you have with Stena Line Freight on the Stena Line route network are not affected by the changes on Helsingør-Helsingborg.
